Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for damaged and wrong item delivery. Returned Items must be unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging. Please note we do not issue refund and exchange for change of mind. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective.
Damaged or incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or wrong item delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will assist you with a return or exchange at no additional cost. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged upon arrival.
